About The Position

The Travel Team Member Service Specialist is responsible for opening new accounts, performing maintenance on existing accounts, interviewing members to obtain information, and matching members' needs to bank products. This role also involves gathering data, completing documentation, promoting TowneBank and its products, and providing assistance to members in person and on the phone. The position requires adherence to security guidelines and compliance with federal laws relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Additionally, the Travel Team Member Service Representative (Teller) handles monetary transactions, maintains cash drawer balance, and provides excellent service to members.
