About The Position

Nomad Health is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular OR surgical technician for a travel assignment in Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting surgical teams by preparing equipment and assisting during surgical procedures, while also providing high-quality patient care. Requirements

• Minimum of two years total surgical tech experience.
• At least one year of experience within the last three years in a relevant specialty.
• Active certification from NBSTA or NCCT (CST, CSFA, or TS-C).
• Graduation from an accredited registered nurse program.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in various surgical specialties such as Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Orthopaedic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical equipment and assist surgeons during procedures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Provide individualized, non-judgmental, and non-discriminatory care to patients and families.
