Your responsibilities include scrubbing in, maintaining sterile technique, counting sponges, needles, and instruments, and ensuring all equipment functions properly and is ready for use. You’ll collaborate with anesthesia professionals to support patient safety and comfort, help with positioning and draping, and communicate clearly with team members to coordinate case flow.
