In this role, you will be the backbone of the sterile supply chain. Core responsibilities include decontaminating and cleaning instrumentation with precision, inspecting and assemble trays, wrapping and labeling sets, and ensuring all sterility indicators meet stringent quality standards. You’ll monitor sterilization cycles across steam and low-temperature methods, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance with safety regulations and hospital policies. You’ll participate in continuous process improvement, advocating for best practices in handling, transport, and storage of sterile supplies.
