  • Perform decontamination, sterilization, inspection, assembly, and packaging of instruments
  • Operate and monitor sterilizers, washers, and related equipment
  • Accurately track instrumentation through intake, processing, and distribution
  • Maintain sterile processing areas in compliance with AAMI/ISO standards and infection control guidelines
  • Document processing cycles, quality checks, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with OR teams, nurses, and surgeons to ensure timely instrument availability
  • Participate in routine maintenance, recalls, and inventory control
