Performing comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments
Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
Delivering targeted interventions across pediatric and adult populations
Monitoring progress to refine goals
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Providing caregiver and family education
Participating in discharge planning to ensure durable outcomes
Documentation reflecting evidence-based practice and compliant charting
Advance specialty skills in AAC, motor speech, aphasia, or feeding therapy as caseloads permit
