  • Performing comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Delivering targeted interventions across pediatric and adult populations
  • Monitoring progress to refine goals
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Providing caregiver and family education
  • Participating in discharge planning to ensure durable outcomes
  • Documentation reflecting evidence-based practice and compliant charting
  • Advance specialty skills in AAC, motor speech, aphasia, or feeding therapy as caseloads permit
  • Ongoing professional development through internal training, external CE opportunities, and exposure to a spectrum of clinical presentations that enhance diagnostic acumen and treatment versatility
