Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication assessments; interpret results and establish diagnostic impressions to inform targeted intervention plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and evidence-based methodologies; adjust strategies based on progress and changing client needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy across settings (schools, clinics, or community programs), utilizing a range of modalities to support articulation, language development, social communication, feeding, and alternate communication methods as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, physicians, and other therapists to ensure cohesive care, facilitate home practice, and support generalization of skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, track outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards (HIPAA, documentation, confidentiality).
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and demonstrate a commitment to staying current with the latest SLP research, tools, and interventions.
  • Take advantage of 24/7 support from our travel team, with dedicated coordinators available to assist with assignments, housing, shifts, or any on-site needs.
