Role specifics and benefits: Your responsibilities include comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding assessments; development and implementation of individualized therapy plans; progress monitoring; family coaching and education; collaboration with educators, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams; and thorough documentation in line with best practices. You’ll deliver evidence-based interventions across pediatric and adult populations, adapt strategies to cultural and linguistic differences, and continually refine your practice through feedback and ongoing professional growth. This assignment includes guaranteed hours of 35 per week and a competitive weekly rate in the range of $2,487 to $2,599, with a flexible schedule designed to fit patient needs and school calendars. In addition, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities to continue your impact beyond the initial term.
