Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of articulation, language, fluency, voice, resonance, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties; formulate evidence-based treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient goals; implement targeted therapy interventions; monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, educators, and family members, to coordinate care, share insights, and ensure a holistic approach to well-being.
• Provide training and guidance on AAC strategies, compensatory techniques, and caregiver coaching to maximize functional communication in daily life and academic or work settings.
• Document findings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives; participate in device management, chart reviews, and compliance activities.
