Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within the travel industry or a related field
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • You have experience working with CRM systems and possess functional knowledge of tracking, managing, and presenting KPIs
  • You are charismatic, empathic, and excel in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation
  • You are results-driven with strong analytical skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory

Responsibilities

  • You lead the strategic management of corporate and leisure travel agency partnerships across the U.S.
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for travel agency partners, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing engagement
  • You manage sales activities, quarterly targets, and revenue development through regular performance reviews
  • You negotiate commercial agreements with both new and existing local partners to drive portfolio growth
  • You oversee customer-specific solution implementations in collaboration with internal corporate sales teams
  • You represent SIXT at industry events, trainings, workshops, and joint marketing activities with partners
