Requirements

  • Must have experience with Dollar General Elevate, Remodel, or Fixture Teams to qualify for this position
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Understanding of how to set and fill POG's for Dollar General specifically
  • Must be able to uphold the standard of 1 set and fill per hour (Example, in a 10 hour shift, you are expected to contribute a minimum of 10 set/fills to your teams production)
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
  • Must be able to stand 8+ hours on concrete floors
  • Frequently lift merchandise, fixtures, etc. up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand directions given verbally and adapt to changing environments.
  • Understand and work within SASR’s and the client’s company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Frequent travel required, including distances of 400+ miles
  • Install and profile shelves, peg hooks, and vendor specialty racks according to guidelines (no special tooling needed).
  • Work with a traveling team to remodel/reset.
  • Accurately complete planograms for resetting store specific sections.
  • Fill end cap features according to guidelines.
