You'll work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about retail construction and design. Your Role As an Installer/Capenter, your main focus will be building and assembly while training with our Carpenters on tasks including but not limited to, building/demo of shelving units, fixtures (sink/toilets/grab bars/racking), signage/graphics, displays, drywall, flooring etc. during new store builds and remodel projects. You will learn skills such as precise measuring/cutting, painting, tape and float drywall, LVT flooring installation, and more. Experience with store remodels, store setup crews, big box retail experience and /or new store openings is highly desired. The average schedule allows you to work 8-10 hour days (may require overtime). Qualifying travel expenses are reimbursed.
