We are seeking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Travel Retail Manager to support the growth and development of its presence within the travel retail channel. This role is instrumental in expanding across cruise lines, airports, and key strategic partners, while building strong, lasting relationships that drive commercial success and elevate the brand experience.

Requirements

  • Solid experience within travel retail, with a strong understanding of cruise and airport environments
  • Experience working with key cruise partners such as Starboard, Avolta, MSC, 360 (Onboard Media), and Heinemann is highly valued
  • Background in cruise lines and onboard retail is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of growing accounts and driving business performance
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Well-connected within the travel retail industry, with a natural ability to build and sustain relationships
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Highly organized, with strong follow-up and execution capabilities
  • Bilingual is highly valued (English - Spanish)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within department stores or multi-brand retail environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of the jewelry category within travel retail is highly appreciated

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and performance across travel retail channels, including cruise lines and airports
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with key travel retail operators and cruise partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including opening and expanding accounts within cruise and onboard retail environments
  • Oversee order management processes, ensuring consistent follow-up and operational excellence
  • Partner cross-functionally to support the successful launch and growth of new locations
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize results
  • Lead, coach, and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Represent the brand with sophistication, leveraging relationships and influence to drive results
