About The Position

Role: Part time | Remote – Ohio residents Interested in travel and culture? Keep up with current events? Love building personal relationships with customers? Become a remote Travel Reservation Specialist at Morley and apply your interests every day! This posting is for a part-time position. In this unique role, you'll work directly with one of the world's most respected travel organizations to build world-class travel experiences, serving as customers' personal guide.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of geography and current global events
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of sales or customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
Able to work 20 hours per week, scheduled within the following hours of operation:
Monday through Friday
Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Ohio resident
Secluded and distraction-free work environment
High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported

Nice To Haves

College degree in a relevant field, including communications, hospitality or education
Working knowledge of Salesforce

Responsibilities

Recommend trips and excursions based on customer interest
Answer questions
Book reservations for unforgettable cultural and educational experiences across the globe
Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
