About The Position

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
• Support rehabilitation activities as directed by healthcare professionals.
