About The Position
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week travel assignment in Herrin, IL. Shift/Schedule: Nights | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week Start Date: 2/16/2026 Contract: 13 weeks (extension potential based on performance and facility need) RN Ratio = 5:1
Requirements
- Active RN license (compact or state as required)
- Must have NIHSS Certification for Medical Stroke Unit
- 1+ years MedSurg experience preferred
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- EMR - EPIC
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

- 1+ years MedSurg experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document accurately and comply with facility policies and protocols
