Responsibilities

  • Performing and assisting radiology imaging procedures (CT, MRI, X-ray, and fluoroscopy) with meticulous attention to patient positioning, safety, and image quality
  • Preparing patients for studies
  • Monitoring vitals during procedures
  • Recognizing and responding to adverse reactions to contrast
  • Maintaining strict radiation safety and infection control protocols
  • Thoroughly documenting findings in the electronic health record while communicating clearly with radiologists and referring physicians
