As an RN in Psychiatric care, you will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications per protocol, implement evidence-based interventions (including de-escalation, trauma-informed care, and group therapies), and coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and family members to develop individualized treatment plans. You will document progress, monitor safety, and respond to crises with clinical judgment and procedural precision.
