Role Specifics and Benefits: In this Medical-Surgical RN role, you’ll lead and participate in comprehensive inpatient care across a diverse patient population. Core responsibilities include thorough patient assessments, development and execution of individualized care plans, timely administration of medications and IV therapies, continuous monitoring of vitals, fall and infection prevention, wound care, post-operative care, and discharge planning. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, therapists, and social workers to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home, teaching patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and self-care at discharge.
