Role specifics and benefits: In Med Surg Tele, you’ll care for adult patients on medical–surgical floors with telemetry needs, managing a range of acute and chronic conditions. Core duties include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, fall prevention, mobility support, documentation, patient education, discharge planning, and escalation of safety concerns as telemetry trends warrant. You’ll partner with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehab teams to optimize outcomes and transitions of care.
