Role Specifics and Benefits: In this L&D RN role, you’ll monitor labor progression and fetal well-being, administer medications and analgesia, assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, perform newborn assessments, and provide immediate stabilization and lactation support as needed. You’ll lead patient and family education, coordinate postpartum care, and partner with the care team to ensure smooth discharge planning.
