Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced critical care nursing in the ICU, including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, vasopressor/pressor support, sedation management, delirium assessment, infection control, and rapid response coordination.
  • Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, interpret telemetry, administer complex medications, and collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, case managers, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
  • Document meticulously, advocate for patient and family needs, and participate in handoffs with precision to ensure continuity of care.
