In this ICU RN role, you’ll lead and participate in the presumptively fast-paced management of critically ill patients, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, invasive line care, rapid assessment and escalation, medication titration, and collaboration with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and case management. You’ll contribute to care planning, participate in rounding, and document with accuracy to support transitions of care.
