About The Position

Step into a purpose-driven role as a Registered Nurse in Home Health, based in Marietta, Georgia, where your clinical expertise will travel with you into the homes and communities of patients who deserve compassionate, expert care. This is more than a job—it's a chance to transform lives by helping patients manage chronic conditions, recover from illness or surgery, and maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. As you blend clinical skill with family-centered communication, you’ll see firsthand how consistent, goal-oriented nursing supports healing, reduces hospitalizations, and strengthens the bonds between patients, families, and their caregivers. In Georgia, every patient interaction becomes a chance to apply evidence-based practice with empathy, precision, and respect. Georgia’s spirit of hospitality and its vibrant communities provide a backdrop for meaningful work and personal renewal, and the state’s varied landscapes—from tree-lined Marietta neighborhoods to easy access to Atlanta’s cultural offerings—offer inspiration and balance after each shift. Georgia’s beauty extends beyond its cities: the Blue Ridge mountains, winding rivers, coastal plains, historic towns, and coastal marshlands invite weekend explorations, while the state’s renowned dining, music, and arts scene add energy to your off-duty time. Embrace a role where your impact expands beyond the schedule and into the everyday lives of patients and their families. Location benefits: Working in Marietta places you within a supportive, high-demand home health community that values skilled nursing, independence, and patient education. You’ll experience the convenience of being near Atlanta’s resources while enjoying the charm of a suburban setting with easy access to parks, trails, and family-friendly amenities. For those who crave variety, the program offers opportunities to serve in multiple locations across the U.S., enabling you to broaden your clinical perspectives, adapt to diverse patient populations, and expand your professional network. You’ll benefit from well-established collaboration with physicians, case managers, and therapy teams, ensuring cohesive care plans and smooth transitions from one setting to another. The work environment prioritizes safety, clear communication, and innovation, with robust support systems so you can deliver consistent, high-quality care in clients’ homes. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships with patients and families, gain exposure to a wide range of home health conditions, and enjoy the flexibility and autonomy that come with skilled nursing in the home setting—while still contributing to a larger team and mission. Role specifics and benefits: As an RN in Home Health, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions within patients’ homes. You’ll monitor vitals, manage medications, administer injections or IV therapies as appropriate, provide wound care and dressing changes, and educate patients and caregivers on condition management, safety, nutrition, activity, and discharge planning. You’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and family members to optimize outcomes, document care plans in electronic health records, and identify opportunities to prevent hospital readmissions through early interventions and proactive education. The role offers significant professional growth: opportunities to gain specialty certifications, advance clinical leadership, mentor new nurses, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Competitive benefits include a signing bonus, housing assistance, and opportunities to extend contracts based on performance and organizational needs. You’ll enjoy around-the-clock support from our dedicated team while you travel between cases, including 24/7 assistance for clinical questions, urgent needs, and logistical support. The package includes weekly pay in the range of $1,784-$1,808, with no guaranteed hours, allowing you to align assignments with personal and professional goals while maintaining flexibility. Should you choose to extend, there are pathways for longer-term placements, ongoing professional development, and enhanced responsibilities within the home health specialty. Please note: the hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
