Responsibilities

• Rapid patient assessment and triage
• Initiating and monitoring resuscitation protocols
• Administering medications and advanced therapies
• Establishing and maintaining IV access and line management
• Interpreting EKGs, labs, and imaging
• Leading and coordinating with the ED team during high‑acuity conditions
• Documenting precisely and communicating clearly with physicians, families, and ancillary staff
• Providing compassionate education to patients about diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
