Role Specifics and Benefits In this assignment you’ll deliver specialty-level psychiatric nursing care within a collaborative, trauma-informed framework. Key responsibilities include comprehensive mental status assessments, crisis intervention when needed, symptom monitoring, medication reconciliation and safety planning, therapeutic communication, and coordination of care with physicians, therapists, social workers, families, and community agencies. You will contribute to treatment planning, discharge planning, relapse prevention, and continuity of care, ensuring documentation is precise, timely, and aligned with best practices.
