As an X-Ray Tech on this assignment, you’ll be at the forefront of diagnostic imaging. Your responsibilities include preparing patients and positioning them for various radiographic views (AP, PA, lateral, and specialized projections as needed), selecting appropriate exposure factors, and shielding to protect patients and staff. You’ll operate digital radiography equipment with accuracy, verify image quality, and promptly communicate findings to the radiology team in accordance with facility protocols. You’ll help maintain equipment performance through routine checks, report malfunctions, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
