Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic exams, including patient positioning, exposure selection, and image capture, ensuring adherence to ALARA and radiation safety guidelines.
• Prepare and comfort patients, monitor for adverse reactions, and document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Operate and care for portable and fixed radiography equipment; perform routine QA and troubleshoot imaging systems.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to optimize image quality and meet clinical indications; participate in continuing education and cross-training opportunities within radiology.
