Responsibilities
- Operate and optimize CT scanners
- Implement and adjust imaging protocols for optimal diagnostic quality
- Ensure patient safety through proper positioning, immobilization, and radiation dose management
- Administer contrast when appropriate and monitor patient responses
- Perform quality assurance checks, calibrations, and routine maintenance
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and nurses to ensure seamless workflow
- Document exams accurately and maintain compliant imaging records
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
- Uphold infection control and safety standards during every shift
