TLC HealthforceSalida, CO
8d$1,696 - $1,825

About The Position

Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Polysomnographer in Colorado’s Salida, where your clinical expertise bestows comfort and relief to patients while you explore the breadth of sleep medicine across the United States. This is more than a temporary assignment; it’s a platform to sharpen your skills, influence patient outcomes, and build a diverse portfolio of experience in a supportive, safety‑focused environment. Your start date is 02/16/2026, and you’ll join a program designed for several weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The compensation is competitive, with weekly pay ranging from $1,696 to $1,825, and opportunities to extend engagements based on performance and facility needs. Salida sits amid Colorado’s majestic mountains, where blue skies meet red rock and pine forests. Living here means easy access to hiking among alpine vistas, whitewater rafting on the Arkansas River, seasonal skiing and snowshoeing, and charming downtowns with local art, dining, and outdoor markets. For travel assignments, you’ll also have the option to work in other Colorado towns and across the U.S., experiencing a spectrum of hospital and clinic environments while enjoying the beauty and resilience of each new community. And for those moments when you crave a change of scenery, your itinerary can incorporate assignments in other regions, expanding your professional network and enriching your clinical repertoire. In this role, you’ll be the essential link between patients and precise, data‑driven sleep management. Key responsibilities include conducting polysomnography studies, maintaining safety and comfort for patients during testing, calibrating EEG, EOG, and EMG instrumentation, troubleshooting equipment in real time, capturing and scoring sleep data, and generating accurate reports for physicians. You’ll administer titration studies, assist with PAP therapy optimization, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and technicians to coordinate patient care across shifts. The position offers substantial opportunities for professional growth—gaining proficiency in pediatric and adult sleep testing, expanding expertise in REM and non‑REM analysis, mastering PAP compliance workflows, and pursuing leadership pathways within sleep labs and travel teams. You’ll benefit from a supportive structure that prioritizes continuous learning, quality improvement, and adherence to best practices in sleep medicine. In addition to robust clinical exposure, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes a sign‑on style bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities so you can continue delivering impact while advancing your career. Our company values people who bring curiosity, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. We are dedicated to empowering our staff—providing clear paths for career advancement, mentoring, ongoing education, and a welcoming, supportive work culture where your contributions are recognized and your professional development is prioritized. You’ll have access to 24/7 support from our travel operations team, ensuring you’re never alone as you navigate new facilities, schedules, or patient needs while away from home. This is a community of caregivers and professionals who celebrate resilience, adaptability, and teamwork, with the stability of a trusted network behind you every step of the way. If you’re ready to apply your skills where they matter most, to grow within a dynamic travel program, and to join a company that values your expertise and well‑being, we’d love to hear from you.
