Job Description: Job Summary Responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.
Ability to accurately handle cash and perform basic math calculations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong work ethic and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
Scan and bag merchandise efficiently.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions and assisting with product location.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Stock shelves and coolers as needed.
Process fuel transactions and provide information on fuel types and prices.
Assist with lottery ticket sales and payout procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and age-restricted sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
