Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality rehabilitation assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including initial setup, treatment execution, and progressive therapy plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Assist with patient evaluations, monitor progress, measure outcomes, and document treatment sessions clearly, concisely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate gait training, mobility and transfer techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, activity modification, and fall prevention, reinforcing adherence and motivation throughout recovery.
• Collaborate with the care team to adjust plans based on patient response, share clinical observations, and support continuity of care across shifts and sites.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a positive, learning‑forward environment.
