Role Specifics and Benefits As a Physical Therapy Assistant in this Travel assignment, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients recover mobility, strength, and function. Responsibilities

• Execute prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities with precision and compassion, adjusting as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist with manual techniques, functional training, gait retraining, and modalities as appropriate and within scope.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns promptly to the clinical team.
• Prepare and organize treatment areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient, safe sessions.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and wellness practices to sustain gains outside clinic sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care across settings.
