About The Position

Our clinic, located in the heart of Alaska, is dedicated to providing exceptional care to a diverse community while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. As part of our team, you will work with a wide range of patients, including adventurous outdoor enthusiasts and hardworking locals. The Empower Team offers a structured mentorship/leadership program, daily interaction with 10 other physical therapists specializing in pelvic floor, sport, and orthopedic backgrounds, and a generous allowance for continuing education. A bonus structure is in place to reward hard work. New providers can achieve proficiency in spinal manipulation and dry needling within 6 months. Requirements

Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state of Alaska Physical Therapy license or (soon to have if relocating)
High communications skills
Good business and people judgment
Passion to help others succeed
Enjoys meeting and networking with referral sources
Strong presentation skills
Strong problem solving or strategic planning skills
Very good at organizing thoughts and ideas
