As a Physical Therapist in this travel assignment, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and functional mobility. Core duties include evaluating patient status, creating measurable goals, coordinating care with physicians and other rehab staff, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, documenting progress, and adjusting plans based on response to treatment. You’ll guide patients through gait training, neuromuscular re-education, cardio-pulmonary conditioning, and activity-specific rehabilitation to support return to work or daily life. Emphasis on patient education, home exercise programs, and safety strategies ensures enduring outcomes beyond the clinic walls.
