Clinic coverage area includes the Beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Metro Atlanta, South Georgia, and Northern Florida Coast. Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Requirements

  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current state of Florida physical therapy  license, CPR certification
  • Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
  • Outgoing and energetic personality

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
  • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
