Documentation will reflect patient status, progress toward goals, and justification for continued therapy, with adherence to all regulatory and facility guidelines. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, outcome tracking, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. You’ll have opportunities to expand your clinical repertoire with specialty certifications or targeted modalities aligned with your interests, including manual therapy techniques, neurorehabilitation strategies, or geriatric mobility programs.
