What you will do: Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses Devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders Help resident restore their physical function and mobility
Requirements
- Compassion for residents
- Forward Thinking
- Effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that can motivate patients
- Must have a valid Washington PT credentials that is in good standing
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Minimum 13-week commitment required, with option to extend
