About The Position
The Pathologist's Assistant position is intended for individuals with appropriate education and training in surgical pathology. The individual in this position will be capable of performing all routine functions in the surgical pathology area, including some escalated issues and troubleshooting quality issues. The individual will be responsible for conducting gross examinations of surgical pathology specimens under appropriate supervision. This role involves traveling around the country to work at various labs, including Ameripath, Dermpath, Quest, Solstas, or Phenopath labs. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
