About The Position
HarmonyCares is one of the nation's largest home-based primary care practices, dedicated to providing high-quality, coordinated health care in the home. The Travel Hospice Aide is a non-professional employee trained to provide personal care and related services in the home for the sick or disabled, functioning under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or a physical therapist. The role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring their comfort and well-being during home visits.
