About The Position
We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse Trainer with experience in medspa, dermatology, or wellness care. You’ll help create and deliver treatment protocols, train staff, and ensure consistent, safe, high-quality services across all spa locations.
Requirements
- Active RN license (required)
- Background in aesthetics or skincare treatments
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine standard treatment procedures
- Conduct remote and in-person training for nurses and estheticians
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
- Support new spa openings and team performance audits
