About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Nurse to support our aesthetic and wellness training team. This role involves clinical education, protocol support, and assisting multiple locations. Most responsibilities are completed remotely, with limited travel for on-site training and evaluations.
Requirements
- Active RN license or equivalent
- Required aesthetic experience in a medspa, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic practice
- Skilled in facial rejuvenation, cryotherapy, or related aesthetic treatments
- Comfortable with virtual training tools and documentation
- Willing to travel for work when needed
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating treatment procedures for facial and body services
- Provide virtual and on-site training to Junior Nurses
- Support clinical teams in maintaining safety guidelines and service quality
- Assist with performance checks and training improvements
- Travel as needed for training sessions and new site support
