Requirements
- RN Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current New Jersey RN License.
- At least 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary interventions.
