About The Position
The Wound Pros LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide advanced wound care to patients across various markets in California. This role is crucial for treating homebound patients and those in long-term care facilities, utilizing innovative approaches, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance healing processes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in our mission to heal wounds and prevent amputations, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. In this position, you will become an expert in wound care, managing chronic non-healing wounds and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for achieving quarterly goals through consistent and effective care, including administering biologic applications to promote rapid healing. The ideal candidate will possess a patient-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to travel extensively for assignments, which may last 12 weeks or longer, and provide care in various locations throughout California. Your responsibilities will include performing physical exams, selecting and ordering tests, executing wound care procedures, and ensuring patient satisfaction by adhering to Wound Pros standards.
