Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech for a travel assignment in Seneca, South Carolina. This is a hybrid PET/CT role requiring cross-trained imaging professionals who can perform both Nuclear Medicine and CT procedures in a hospital setting. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for Nuclear Medicine Techs who are dual-certified and comfortable working independently in a hybrid PET/CT environment with advanced imaging equipment. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift 3x12s (Mon–Wed 07:00–19:30) • Patient ratio: 1:1 :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0 • Hybrid PET/CT role (REQUIRED) • No call required • No weekends required • First-time travelers considered based on experience • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures • Administer and manage radioactive materials safely • Conduct PET scans and SPECT imaging • Maintain imaging equipment and ensure proper function • Perform IV starts and patient prep • Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols • Document all procedures in Epic EMR system WORK ENVIRONMENT • Acute care hospital setting • Adult patient population • Advanced imaging equipment (Siemens REQUIRED) • Scrubs: Hunter Green Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine experience REQUIRED
- PET/CT experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP)
- Must be dual-certified (Nuclear Medicine + CT)
- ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB REQUIRED
- ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) REQUIRED (South Carolina compliance)
- SCRQSA certification REQUIRED
- BLS REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
- EPIC experience REQUIRED (1+ year)
- Siemens equipment experience REQUIRED
