About The Position
Signature Retail Services is hiring experienced Full-Time Travel Merchandising Fixture Installers with a strong background in assembling and installing gondola fixtures, cash wraps, and pallet racking systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, ready to travel, dependable, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Travel Expectations: This role requires 100% travel using your personal vehicle, with project locations up to 6 hours from your home. Weekly travel is required, with company-paid hotel accommodations, drive-time and mileage reimbursement, and per diem provided. (Travel home on weekends)
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in fixture installation.
- Strong knowledge of Lozier, Maddix, Streeter systems, and pallet racking.
- Experienced in reading and interpreting floorplans, Planograms (POGs), and schematics.
- Skilled in using power tools and hand tools for leveling, anchoring, and measuring.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Available for nationwide travel and flexible scheduling as needed.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble Lozier, Maddix, Streeter fixtures, cash wraps, and pallet racking systems according to specifications.
- Accurately read and interpret Planograms (POGs), blueprints and schematics.
- Measure and mark layout areas to ensure precise installation.
- Level and anchor fixtures securely and safely.
- Safely move product, building materials, and racking systems consistently throughout the duration of the shift.
- Accurately position price labels, install point-of-purchase signage for enhanced product visibility, and install new fixtures/ displays.
- Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays.
- Collaborate with project managers and other installers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- All other job-related instructions and job-related tasks should be completed as directed by management.
