Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community Role: Medical Assistant Location/Type: West Virginia (statewide) • Field-based (travel required) Pay: $25/hour Schedule: Full-time, weekdays What you’ll do Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits Focus on prevention, not urgent care Build patient relationships, no rushed visits Support seniors and families at home Document visits in modern EMR tools Must-haves 1+ year Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) 6+ months primary care or internal medicine Comfortable with daily travel to homes Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Nice to have Experience with AWVs or Well-Child Visits Perks & pay Pay: $25/hour Health, dental, vision, 401(k) Mileage: $0.70/mile reimbursement Paid travel time PTO and paid holidays Schedule & setup Full-time, Monday–Friday Daytime hours only Travel across West Virginia Mobile role with EMR charting Impact & growth Your work keeps seniors healthy at home.
