Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Aesthetic Practitioner to join OVME. As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired aesthetic goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of injecting experience with proven success in developing and sustaining a 1M+ client portfolio.
  • Please note- this is a 100% travel role
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license
  • Must be licensed in all states or willing to get licensed in all states
  • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month
  • Trained and experienced across a wide range of dermal filler portfolios.
  • Proficiency in advanced dermal filler techniques, including use of both needle and cannula.
  • Experience with advanced procedures such as threads, PRP/PRF, Kybella, and laser devices.
  • Ability to confidently manage and document before-and-after photos to highlight treatment outcomes.
  • Affectively communicate the cost of treatment plans and options with clients to best fit their needs.
  • Preparedness to discuss performance metrics (e.g., monthly revenue, sales per labor hour, average neurotoxin and filler syringe utilization) and ability to demonstrate a track record of clinical and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Functions in goal-oriented team – respects monthly goals and is ultimately accountable for monthly and annual studio budgets (as defined by OVME’s management team)
  • Respects OVME culture and abides by the OVME Culture Guide
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs
  • Performs various Neurotoxin and Filler injections on OVME clients, providing the highest level of client comfort, studio experience, and results satisfaction
  • Maintains an expert level of performance with regard to injectable use and standards of results. Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.
  • Maintains detailed records within the company’s client management system with regard to client treatments, outcomes, and other required medical input
  • Performs other studio services where appropriately skilled and licensed
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
  • Confidently identify, manage, and resolve treatment complications or adverse events, escalating to appropriate medical leadership when necessary.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
  • Ensures that treatment rooms are maintained in a healthy and clean manner and conform to the medical, regulator and OVME standards of sterility use, and safety
  • Maintains all licenses and CME training, as well as OVME-recommended training
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Maintains all equipment, supplies, and other procedural equipment to OVME standards
  • Proactively and within the context of individual client needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis
  • Participates in OVME events (parties) – both onsite and offsite
  • Participates in ongoing internal (OVME-led) and external training initiatives/sessions. These training sessions will include both CME and non-CME opportunities.
