About The Position
Travel opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the night shift Provide quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Support residents and the overnight clinical team
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state-appropriate or compact, as applicable)
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work consistent overnight shifts
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
