About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ year of Home Health experience - REQUIRED
• Travel experience - REQUIRED
• Active and clear Driver's license and Car Insurance - REQUIRED
• Hawaii LPN license - REQUIRED
• Experience with Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
• BLS Certification - REQUIRED
• COVID and FLU vaccination - REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Arrhythmia certification - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
